I came across a few more African redhead agamas in Coral Gables. Featured here is a male proudly trying to hold territory adjacent to the parking lot by Fairchild Tropical Botanic Gardens and Matheson Hammock Park. The agamas have been in this area for quite some time, but it still feels weird seeing such a large blue-and-orange lizard in south Florida!
