Haldea striatula, the Rough earth snake;
Lowndes county, Georgia (20 January 2013).

A species we don’t have in Volusia county, but one that I’ve seen in southern Georgia, this is a pair of Rough earth snakes I found under a slab in Valdosta. I only had my phone with me at the time!
